e-MPAT Lab (English)

The e-MPAT Lab (e-Mindfulness, Psychotherapy and Technology Lab) brings together researchers from the Department of Psychology, UW and collaborators from other national and international universities around issues emerging from the interaction of psychotherapy, mindfulness and technology. Our research interests include developing methods to support diagnosis and therapy using the Internet and new technologies (e-Mental Health), including, on the one hand, research on psychotherapy using digital data and artificial intelligence, and on the other hand, developing and evaluating the effectiveness of online interventions, including mindfulness training and other technology-enhanced psychological support methods.
