Most administration employees work in hybrid mode. Personal contact is possible only after making an appointment. Personal contact should only be selected when you have made sure that the matter can’t be handled remotely.

Monday-Friday 8.00 – 16.00 (telephone/email office)

Due to the large number of questions asked over the phone, the line may be busy. Secretariat staff work remotely and answer calls by redirecting to their private phones. For this reason, when the phone is busy, voice mail can start instead of the so-called busy signal. This does not mean, however, that the telephone contact with the secretary’s office does not work.
